Cookie policy
Every cookie used on this site is listed individually below. The list is short, because the site carries no advertising network and no social media tracker; the only analytics code belongs to the training form and runs only if you allow it. This policy is drawn up under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698, the Electronic Communications Law, the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

What is a cookie, and why are you asked?
A cookie is a small text file left in your browser when you visit a site. No permission is needed for cookies required to make the site work; every other cookie — measurement, advertising, embedded content — may be used only if you allow it. Our approach is simple: code you have not allowed is never added to the page. It is not loaded and then disabled, nor hidden; it is simply absent from the HTML.
Cookies in use
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
emea_rizaFirst party |
Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie choice: version, date of consent and the categories you accepted. Without it your choice cannot be remembered and would be asked again on every page. | 180 days |
PHPSESSIDFirst party |
Strictly necessary | Identifies the server session. It is created only for operations that need state, such as submitting a form, and is deleted when the browser closes. | Session |
Third-party content subject to consent
The code below is added to the page only if you allow the category concerned. Until you do, no request is made to that server, so your IP address does not reach it either. The pre-registration form itself is on our own site and works regardless of consent; when you fill it in and submit, what you wrote is sent to the Zoho servers that host our registration system — that is not a cookie operation but a data transfer you initiate, and it is explained in the privacy notice.
| Service | Category | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM — WebFormAnalytics (crm.zohopublic.com) | Analytics | Measures how the training pre-registration form is used — opened, filled in, submitted. We have no technical control over this code; it may set its own cookies. | On the Training Request page only |
No code at all runs in the marketing category. In the analytics category there is only the form analytics code listed above. Whenever this list changes, the text version is raised and your consent is requested again — as it was when this code was added and the version went to 2.
Giving, storing and withdrawing consent
Consent is taken from the bar that appears at the bottom of the page on your first visit. The bar does not cover the page and does not stop you reading the content. When you save your choice, the emea_riza cookie described above is written to your browser, and an append-only record is also kept on our server.
You can manage your preferences here as well
The choices below are the same as those in the consent window that appears at the bottom of the site. This form works even with JavaScript disabled: when you save, the page reloads and your choice is applied.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the site if I do not consent?
Yes, and in full. No cookie other than the strictly necessary ones is needed for the site to work. Every page and every function — including the training pre-registration form — works exactly the same whether or not you consent.
Is rejecting harder than accepting?
No, and it must not be. On the consent bar the “Reject all” button sits in the same place, at the same size and in the same colour as “Accept all”. The Turkish authority’s cookie guidance and Article 7(3) GDPR require exactly this.
How do I withdraw my consent?
The “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page reopens the consent window. When you switch a category off and save, your choice takes effect at once, and the third-party content in question is no longer added on the next page load.
Can I delete them from my browser as well?
Yes. Every browser lets you delete and block cookies from its settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies your choice cannot be remembered and the consent bar reappears on each visit; the site still works.
What is kept in your consent record?
A randomly generated consent identifier, the date, the version of the text, the categories you chose and the page on which consent was given. Your IP address is not stored in raw form; it is hashed irreversibly with a key specific to this installation. The record exists because we must be able to demonstrate that consent was given.
What happens if the policy changes?
The text carries a version number. When the categories or the cookies in use change, that number is raised, earlier consents are treated as void and the consent bar is shown to everyone again. Consent is never silently widened.
