Legal information and the protection of personal data
We have written our data protection texts one by one and in plain language. Below you can see what each document is for and go straight to the one you need. All of them are drawn up under both Turkish Law No. 6698 and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We have tried not to repeat the same information in several places; each document covers its own subject and points to the others where needed.

Privacy Notice
Required by Article 10 of Law No. 6698: who the data controller is, why and on what legal ground personal data is processed, and to whom it is transferred.

Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it. The button below reopens the consent window you saw when you first arrived, and you can switch each category on or off. Your choice is stored in your browser and is asked again after 180 days at the latest.
Two legal systems, one practice
Because the company is established in Türkiye, the primary framework is Law No. 6698. In so far as we serve visitors located in the European Union, the GDPR applies as well. Where the two diverge we apply whichever is more favourable to the visitor — in practice, the provision that grants the data subject the wider right.
